Overview: This role is part of our “Sales Team Augmentation” service. You will be deployed as an expert resource to integrate seamlessly with our clients’ internal teams, providing the extra horsepower needed to hit aggressive revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a high-caliber extension of the client’s sales department to manage and close deals.
- Utilize client CRM and AI tools to maintain pipeline health and accuracy.
- Fill critical talent gaps by providing immediate, high-level execution without the need for traditional onboarding.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Phenom (or equivalent enterprise CRM/AI platforms).
- Experience in high-growth environments or “plug-and-play” sales roles.
- Ability to adapt quickly to different organizational cultures and sales cycles.
